Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Modelling & Performance Tracking
· Build, update,



and maintain cash flow models and business plans for portfolio assets in Argus and Excel to track actual performance against underwriting assumptions
· Analyse and monitor key financial metrics, cash flows, and return profiles to assess asset performance
· Work closely with investment and finance teams to integrate financial insights into strategic planning.
2. Valuation & Reporting
Manage the quarterly asset valuation process in collaboration with third-party valuers
Prepare periodic reports covering project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and return tracking
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders — including periodic leasing updates — ensuring explicit communication of asset performance.
Assist in the preparation of reporting across portfolio assets including but not limited to financial reporting, ESG reporting among others.
