ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations skilled to lead Workforce
Administration activities, drive operational excellence, enhance employee
experience, and ensure high-quality service delivery within agreed service
levels. Based in Pune, this role is responsible for leading a team, managing
stakeholder relationships, improving processes through automation and
digitalisation, ensuring audit readiness, and maintaining compliance with data
privacy and governance requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead and support HR Operations team members in the delivery of workforce
administration processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and employee
experience.
* Provide guidance and expertise on HR operational transactions and
administration activities across the employee lifecycle.
* Ensure standard operating procedures are created, maintained, and regularly
updated for all processes.
