PLM: SAP PLM Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP PLM design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PLM functional specifications
• Support end-to-end product development and lifecycle processes, including engineering change management, document management, BOM management, and variant configuration
• Knowledge / experience of using PLMSI component in S4 to integrate external PLM data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product data management and process efficiency
• Integrate SAP PLM with related SAP modules such as SAP MM, PP, SD, and QM
• Provide support for data migration, system enhancements, and production issue resolution
• Drive workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Ensure solutions align with automotive industry standards and best practices
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and user support guides
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Required Qualifications
• 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP PLM consulting or implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PLM processes and configuration
• Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of engineering and product development processes
• Knowledge of BOM, document management, change management, and material master integration
• Experience with SAP integration across functional modules
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
