About the Role

As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the GTM and demand generation teams to plan and execute high-intent, performance-driven campaigns across platforms like Google and LinkedIn.
Your focus will be on generating qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) and contributing directly to building a predictable revenue engine for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute,



and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn (Search, Display, ABM, Retargeting)
Build and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value B2B accounts
Align closely with sales and outbound teams to ensure high-quality, conversion-ready leads
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CAC, ROI, and MQL → SQL conversion metrics
Drive continuous A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and landing pages
Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing campaign assets
Manage retargeting and full-funnel campaigns to improve conversion rates
Track and report performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and dashboards
Stay updated with trends in B2B paid media, AI-driven marketing, and performance optimization

Qualification:

4–6 years of experience in B2B Paid Marketing / Performance Marketing
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong understanding of B2B funnels,
