Technical Implementation Manager

The Technical Implementation Manager (TIM) owns the technical delivery of Landis+Gyr's AMI products and solutions for new customer deployments and upgrades.



The role covers both containerized deployments on Kubernetes (GKE and RKE), delivered using CI/CD pipelines and automation, and multi-tier deployments of the Head-End System (HES) across Windows and Linux servers. Across both, the TIM takes the Landis+Gyr solution from environment readiness through to production, covering the full stack from head-end software to field network endpoints.

Working closely with Program Managers, infrastructure teams, customer IT and operations teams, and Landis+Gyr engineering and product groups, the TIM is accountable for a successful go-live. This includes resolving technical issues that arise during deployment and the hypercare period, and transitioning the solution smoothly to the support organization. The role calls for deep hands-on DevOps expertise and a strong working knowledge of GCP, combined with the planning and customer-facing skills needed to deliver complex deployments on schedule.
