Lead and elevate the HR Operations team by
driving accountability, professional standards, employee experience, and
business-focused HR practices. The role is responsible for ensuring operational
excellence while developing the team’s capability to move beyond transactional
activities and become trusted business partners who positively influence
culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The role serves as a
key driver of HR maturity, helping build a high-performing HR function that
supports organizational growth.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a
field related to Human Resources Management, Business Management or Administration.
· Advanced English
Experience
· 5+ years of progressive HR
experience.
· 2+ years leading HR teams or HR
projects.
· Experience supporting a growing
organization preferred.
· Experience working in a global or
multi-location setting preferred.
