About the role
Nium is seeking a motivated Sr Reporting Analyst to join our agile global finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the VP of Finance and Director of Reporting on global accounting, audit, and reporting initiatives. This candidate will be the point person on financial reporting and technical accounting at the company and focus on keeping audits and reporting on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage global audits and reporting and compliance timelines for various entities
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for licenses and other regulatory filings
Prepare quarterly board slides for various entities with fluctuation analysis
Assist in monthly close activities and review of various entities
Research technical accounting standards and make recommendations
Support the implementation of recent financial systems and process improvements using AI
Support transfer pricing and intercompany analysis
Assist in various investor and board deliverables
Participate in ad hoc finance tasks and assist with ongoing finance projects as neede
