About The Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Designers with a strong background in Life Sciences interior projects to join our design and build team. Candidates will bring deep expertise in creating innovative, functional, and compliant designs for laboratories, research facilities, and office spaces in the life sciences sector.

What Makes The Role Successful





• Work on the design development process for life sciences interior projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into creative, practical, and compliant design solutions.
• Develop space planning, layouts, material selection, and detailed drawings aligned with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the project team, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in laboratory and life sciences design.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 3-4 years in life sciences, laboratory, or healthcare projects.
