The position is a part of the Consulting Services which aligns its priorities with the overall GCS strategy, and with stretch collaboration with Senior Leaders (CEOs, COOs, CCOs) in Global and Member Firms, and Growth Leaders.
Overview of the role
The professional will be a key member of the Sales - Analytics and Insights team, responsible for translating business and operational data into clear, actionable dashboards, metrics, and executive-ready narratives/insights. The role partners closely with managers, senior managers, and business stakeholders to improve process performance through analytics, visualization, automation,



and repeatable reporting practices.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with BI tools, SQL, data engineering fundamentals, and process improvement methods. The professional is expected to move beyond reporting execution by shaping KPI design, identifying root causes, recommending improvements, and strengthening BI governance and adoption across stakeholders.
Work you’ll do
The professional will own high-impact analytics workstreams from problem framing through delivery, working closely with colleagues in India and senior leaders across the Consulting Services organization. The professional will develop a strong understanding of Consulting Services businesses, strategic priorities, sales performance drivers, and operational processes to convert data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
