We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to join our Staffing Operations team and support large-scale client payroll and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll & HR Operations
Manage end-to-end payroll operations for staffing clients with employee strength of 1000+ headcount.
Collect and validate attendance, timesheets, leave records, and payroll inputs from multiple stakeholders.




Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
Handle statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor law requirements.
Process expense reimbursements, payroll reconciliations, invoicing support, collections, and employee payouts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
Hands-on experience managing payroll for 500-1000+ employees.
Robust understanding of Indian payroll processes, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
Experience in staffing, managed services, or third-party payroll environments will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
