About The Role
The Assistant Manager (Projects) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end initiatives,
ensuring milestones are met through stakeholder engagement and accurate scope, schedule,
and resource management. Act as a strategic link between corporate strategy and field
implementation, driving integrated projects,
mitigating risks, and providing transparent
reporting to support leadership decisions.
The incumbent will report to the General Manager - General Management. The incumbent
will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with
the internal team and external stakeholders.

Project Planning & Execution
Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope,
schedule, and budget.
Define project objectives, scope, implementation plans, timelines, and resource
requirements.
Develop project schedules and monitor progress against established milestones.
