The Vendor Sourcing Executive is responsible for building and scaling a reliable global network of vendors and freelancers across key AI domains. The role ensures timely availability of high-quality talent by driving efficient sourcing, onboarding, and cost optimization—enabling seamless project execution and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard global vendors/freelancers across Conversational AI, Computer Vision, Document AI, Linguistics, and Healthcare AI
• Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships to ensure a steady talent pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with project needs
• Negotiate cost-effective deals while ensuring quality and timely delivery




• Track onboarding success rates and optimize vendor sourcing efficiency
• Drive cost savings through strategic vendor negotiations

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in vendor sourcing / talent acquisition / partner management
• Background in AI Data, ITES, or similar industries preferred
• Solid negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with global vendors and freelancers

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
