The Chance

Teva IT Operations & Architecture – PMO team is looking for a seasoned program manager to lead a large-scale Cloud & Infrastructure migration. The key focus of this role will be in the IT Infrastructure domain specifically for migrating Teva’s primary data centres to cloud and colocation services, enable data-centre and VMware exits and implement Disaster Recovery deployments.

The successful candidate will combine strong program leadership with practical infrastructure knowledge, financial discipline, and executive communication.



The role requires close coordination across infrastructure, application, business, cybersecurity, quality, facilities, finance, procurement, and external service providers, while maintaining delivery momentum in a highly regulated global environment.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Responsible for developing, establishing, and implementing plan and governance model for a large and complex cloud & infrastructure migrations.
• Engage with facilities, business, IT teams and IT leadership to align the plan for the coordinated program
• Direct external service integrators and technology partners, define measurable deliverables, monitor performance, and ensure contractual commitments
• Responsible of identifying the cost parameters and keep track of the budget for the program.
• Issue and manage a Request for Proposal and lead the IT leadership through the RFP lifecycle all the way to negotiating a
