We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify new
business opportunities, engage potential clients, and contribute to pipeline and
revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
* Build prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers.
* Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups.
* Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business
opportunities.
* Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects.
* Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
* Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to understand and position IT
solutions.
* Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM.
* Track competitor activity and market trends.
* Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
REQUIREMENTS
* 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS/Technology Sales.
* Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development.
* Good understanding of the sales cycle.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience using CRM and prospecting tools.
* Ability to interact with mid-level and senior business stakeholders.
* Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.
