Department Overview

This position in ATR (Acquire to Retire) is responsible for supervising execution of core end-to-end accounting processes. This role focuses on standardization and implementing improvements to achieve operational excellence. The candidate will report to ATR Director and assist in partnership with market and enterprise teams, in ensuring performance monitoring,



advocating for process optimization to align with business outcomes and strategic objectives

Duties

• Drive Process Standardization by overseeing the overall management, maintenance, and documentation of end-to-end global processes.

• Maintain SLA / metric dashboard hygiene through cross validation of underlying data to enable monitoring performance through regular reviews, ensuring the achievement of goals in the end-to-end processes.

• Implement improvements and technology solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to roll out opportunities for process optimization.

• Promote Process Culture, focusing on excellence, fostering collaboration, and building strong relationships across functions.

• Develop Business Cases to secure budgets for continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications
