We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 7–9 years of proven expertise in end-to end technology hiring within the IT/ITES industry. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business leaders and hiring managers, developing sourcing tactics, and ensuring timely closure of technology positions across various skill sets and seniority levels.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, market intelligence, candidate assessment capabilities, and the ability to drive hiring outcomes in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing tactics to attract quality talent across niche and high-demand technology skill sets.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, social media platforms, talent communities, and direct sourcing techniques.




• Screen and assess candidates for technical competence, cultural fit, and role suitability.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback collection, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, hiring timelines, and quality-of-hire standards. • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market availability, sourcing challenges, and closure forecasts.
• Influence hiring decisions through talent market insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, compensation, and business teams to ensure smooth offer management and onboarding.
