About the Role

The Business Consultant & Customer Success Officer will work closely with aspiring entrepreneurs, MSMEs, startups, and business owners by providing end-to-end business guidance and ensuring a seamless participant experience throughout their entrepreneurial journey. The role combines business consulting, ecosystem building, stakeholder management, and customer success to help participants successfully establish and grow their businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one business consulting to participants across diverse business sectors.
• Understand participant requirements and recommend suitable business strategies, growth plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Assist participants with project report preparation for bank loans, government schemes, and financial institutions.
• Guide participants on business registrations, licences, statutory compliances, certifications, machinery selection, technology adoption, and vendor identification.
• Coordinate effectively between mentors, trainers, consultants,



and participants to ensure timely support and successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with business service providers, financial institutions, technology partners, consultants, and industry experts across India.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive business service provider and resource directory.
• Establish and strengthen the Udyogwardhini alumni business network to encourage collaboration and business opportunities.
• Organize business networking meetings, alumni engagement activities, and industry connect sessions.
• Facilitate industry-specific networking opportunities and market linkages for participants.
• Track participant progress, maintain consulting records, collect feedback, and ensure a high level of participant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve participant engagement, business outcomes, and overall customer success.
