Reporting to DGM R&D; Chocolates & Confy, the Hershey India Private Limited, at Makson Surendranagar, Senior Research Scientist position provides project leadership on low to medium project’s complexity by leveraging knowledge and experience to drive Chocolates, spreads & confectionery innovation and growth for the Hershey India Private Limited as a priority but also by supporting prototyping work of projects related with the international key markets when needed.
The Candidate Will Accomplish This By
• Leads low to medium projects from a complexity standpoint
• Developing recent Chocolate, spreads, confectionery and related products and processes
• Assist on phases of projects that are of major importance, complexity, or scope.
• Use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Problem solving through application of knowledge and creative thinking
• Ensuring project execution and technology transfer.
• Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Observing, recording, and evaluating experimental data to draw conclusions
• Preparing project reports and presentations
• Product life cycle management, shelf life study and related documentations.
