Job Details
• Conduct inspection training programs and QA/QC certify trainees based on defined quality standards and assessment criteria in studded and Plain products.
• Deliver Diamond Grading training programs for current entrants and existing employees to enhance quality awareness, grading skills, and product knowledge.
• Conduct theoretical and practical assessments and certify trainees based on defined competency levels and assessment criteria.
• Handle all administration - Entry formalities of new trainees, IR issues of women, Anchor training reviews, mentoring, Escalate deviations in training.
• Monitor trainee progress and maintain certification records to ensure deployment of skilled and certified associates into manufacturing operations.
• Recruitment of Trainees and onboarding them as per overall requirement aligning to business need
• Develop Dashboards to trigger daily progress related to every training that happens at CBC
• Anchor Monthly review (KPI) meeting on achievements and way forward with all team members
• Coordinate procurement, inventory management,
and timely availability of training consumables, gemstones, and materials required for training programs.

Job Requirements
Education
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma or certification in Quality, Training or Jewellery Manufacturing,
• GIA certification in Diamond Grading, Colored Stones, or Gemology will be preferred
