Role Overview
We are looking for a Process Associate – Media Operations to join our Media Operations team in Coimbatore. The role involves managing the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across international markets, including the UK, USA, and Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for campaign implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tracking, client communication, and revenue assurance. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work in international shifts based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
• Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns from start to finish.
• Ensure campaign assets, targeting, tracking tags, and other campaign components are accurately configured.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign launches.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered according to client requirements and agreed timelines.
2. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
• Monitor multiple campaigns simultaneously to ensure they launch and deliver as scheduled.
