Position Summary

As a Senior Consultant in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and PingFederate, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of identity solutions aligned to clients’ digital transformation and security objectives. You will contribute to complex IAM engagements across delivery execution and solution strategy, working with cross-functional teams to help clients strengthen consumer trust, improve access experiences, and secure sensitive data. This role offers the opportunity to work across platforms, technologies, and client environments in a rapid-paced cyber practice.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for…
• Supporting end-to-end CIAM engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support




• Designing and implementing IAM capabilities across authentication, federation, registration, multi-factor authentication, adaptive access, and identity lifecycle management
• Integrating IAM platforms and protocols with applications, directories, and identity sources using tools such as PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, and Transmit Security
• Translating business and technical requirements into scalable identity solutions and contributing to architecture, proof-of-concept, and advisory activities
• Developing delivery artifacts including process flows, test plans, configuration documentation, and implementation support materials
