Amazon Connect DevOps Engineer – AWS Contact Center & Application Development

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Connect Development
• Design, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
• Develop and manage contact flows, routing profiles, queues, prompts, and agent experiences.
• Build custom integrations using Amazon Connect APIs and Amazon Connect Streams API.
• Implement customer self-service solutions using IVR, chat, tasks, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, ticketing, and enterprise applications.

Application Development
• Develop responsive web applications using: • HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript (ES6+)

• Create custom agent desktops, dashboards, and customer portals.
• Build reusable UI components and integrate them with Amazon Connect services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

AWS Serverless Development
• Develop and maintain serverless applications using: • AWS Lambda
• Amazon API Gateway
• Amazon DynamoDB
• Amazon S3
• Amazon CloudFront





• Design RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Create backend services to support Amazon Connect workflows and customer interactions.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems using AWS services.

DevOps & Cloud Operations
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform).
• Monitor system performance and optimize application availability.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using: • Amazon CloudWatch
• AWS X-Ray
• CloudTrail

• Perform workplace management, deployments, upgrades, and production support.

Security & Compliance
• Implement AWS security best practices.
• Manage IAM roles, policies, and least-privilege access.
• Ensure data protection and encryption standards are followed.
• Support compliance requirements and operational governance controls.
