Role Description

The User Experience Designer will work on-site full time at the Mumbai office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and efficient digital products and tools for marine operations. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research with internal and external stakeholders, translating insights into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.



The role involves applying design thinking to solve complex usability challenges, refining visual layouts, and ensuring consistent UX standards across platforms. The User Experience Designer will also participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback, and document UX guidelines to support development and implementation. Close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts is expected to align designs with business goals and user needs.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
A degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience supported by a robust portfolio will also be considered.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, Design Thinking, user-centred design, information architecture, interaction design, and workflow optimisation.
