Some people edit videos.

Others create moments people stop scrolling for.

At CultNerds, we’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visuals that entertain, educate, and convert. Someone who understands that every cut, every transition, every animation, and every beat has a purpose.

If you obsess over timing, notice details others miss, and believe motion can make brands unforgettable – we’ve been looking for you.

What You’ll Be Creating

• Short-form videos that people actually want to watch.
• Motion graphics that make static ideas come alive.
• Scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and wherever attention lives.
• Videos for campaigns, ads, product launches, websites, and digital experiences.
• Content enhanced with the perfect balance of music, sound design, transitions, animation, and visual effects.
• Multiple edits tailored to every platform—because one size never fits all.

Your Day at CultNerds

• You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, account managers, marketers, and clients to bring creative ideas to life.

• You’ll receive briefs – but also challenge them.
• You’ll experiment.
• You’ll refine.
• You’ll obsess over the last 2%.
• You’ll manage multiple projects without letting quality take a backseat.

And most importantly…

You’ll never stop learning because neither do we.

You’re Probably the Right Person If…

• You’ve spent 2+ years editing videos or creating motion graphics in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Your portfolio makes people say, “Who made this?”
• You know that positive editing isn’t about flashy transitions—it’s about storytelling.
• Tight deadlines motivate you more than they scare you.
• You naturally notice composition, typography, color, rhythm, and pacing.
• You understand how people consume content on social media and know how to keep them watching.
• You enjoy turning “This is good” into “This is amazing.”
