About the Role
As our HR & People Operations Associate, you'll own the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring exceptional talent and building a great employee experience to managing HR operations, payroll, compliance and culture. You'll work closely with the founders and play a key role in building the team that's building Snooplay.

What You"ll Do:
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for every new hire.
Prepare and manage job descriptions, publish openings across hiring platforms, and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Drive employee onboarding, documentation,



induction and day-to-day people operations to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs and salary coordination while maintaining complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance requirements by coordinating closely with Finance, consultants and external partners.
Manage employee exits, full and final settlements, and all associated documentation while ensuring a professional offboarding experience.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, improve collaboration and make Snooplay a great place to work.
Address employee queries, resolve workplace concerns and support the implementation of HR policies and best practices across the organization.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and operational processes while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
