Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach and establish relationships with Founders, HR managers, CXOs and Sr. decision makers at corporates, Residential clubs, RWAs, Societies, Gyms in Delhi NCR
Deliver polished, confident in-person presentations of Phynix's health programs
Drive individual and group sign-ups through 1-on-1 pitching, structured follow-ups and sharp objection handling
Conduct in office presentations to generate customer interest and enrolments
Manage the full sales cycle - from cold outreach to warm lead conversions to contract closure and on-boarding handoff
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and structured follow-up cadences
Collaborate with the Phynix program team to ensure smooth client on-boarding and ongoing client satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new sign-ups and subscriptions
Represent Phynix at networking events, health and wellness events and industry forums to generate leads and build brand visibility
Collect and report client feedback,



market insights and competitor intelligence to the leadership team

Mandatory Requirements
Candidate should be a go-getter in sales with hardcore on ground sales experience
Physically fit, well-groomed and professional appearance
Own vehicle / personal conveyance mandatory
Willingness to travel within the NCR region on a daily basis for client visits and presentations
