Job Role & Responsibility

• Manage and mentor junior social media team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like SEO, email marketing, and design.
• Coordinate with influencers or agencies for collaborations and partnerships.
• Define and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify target audiences and develop content tailored to their preferences.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Ensure all content complies with legal, ethical, and copyright standards.
• Plan and approve content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and tone.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video producers for compelling content.
• Develop campaigns for product launches,



promotions, or seasonal events.
• Ensure content is optimized for each platform (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, FB, YouTube).
• Handle crises or negative feedback diplomatically.
• Oversee engagement strategies, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Build and nurture online communities, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and reach target audiences effectively.

This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both social media platforms and the digital marketing landscape.
