Role Overview

The Campaign Operations Specialist is the operational partner to the Country Coordinators from METRO Markets – METRO’s online marketplace. The role is responsible for coordinating and executing the day-to-day operational activities required to successfully deliver marketing campaigns.

Working closely with Country Coordinators and cross-functional teams, the role ensures campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and in accordance with agreed quality standards. By owning operational campaign execution, the role enables Country Coordinators to focus on commercial planning, market engagement, and campaign strategy.
