Key Responsibilities

• Purchase stock and materials for all brands based on demand and reorder requirements.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for packaging, raw materials, and consumables.
• Raise purchase orders and follow up until material is delivered on time.
• Compare quotations on price, quality, and lead time before finalizing vendors.
• Identify and onboard recent vendors to improve cost and reliability.
• Maintain vendor records, rate contracts, and purchase documentation.
• Work with stores and production teams to buy ahead of stock shortages.

Who Can Apply

• Freshers with strong negotiation skills or 1-3 years in purchase or procurement.
• Fluency in English and Tamil for vendor communication.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic purchase documentation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up persistently.
