• Operate CMM for dimensional inspection of precision components.

• Prepare and execute CMM inspection programs as per engineering drawings and inspection requirements.

• Perform first-off, in-process, and final dimensional inspections.

• Measure GD&T; characteristics including position, profile, flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, concentricity, runout, etc.

• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; symbols, tolerances, and specifications.

• Generate and maintain CMM inspection reports.

• Identify dimensional deviations and communicate issues to the concerned departments.

• Support calibration and preventive maintenance of CMM equipment.

• Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability of measurement data.

• Inspect incoming raw materials, bought-out components, and machined parts against drawings, specifications, and purchase requirements.

• Verify dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, and other measuring instruments.

• Check material certificates, test certificates, and supplier documentation where applicable.

capable of handling complete incoming quality related to
the Vehicle & battery Line.
- Fundamental
