Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HR and Payroll, particularly UAE Payroll. The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring payroll compliance, analyzing business requirements, conducting testing and UAT,



and resolving payroll-related issues. The consultant will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations, system enhancements, and integrations with related SAP modules. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other GCC Payrolls is an added advantage.
Key Objectives:
• Hands on SAP HR (all core modules – Payroll, OM, PA, TIME, PD, etc.)
• Ensure legal compliance of the Payroll solution.
• Review & validate all legal requirements for Customers based on Payroll Country.
• Should have worked on UAE Payroll, knowledge on other GCC Payrolls will be advantage.
• Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze and evaluate payroll processes and to identify areas for improvement.
