Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Real Estate Investment Advisory to join our Bengaluru office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on advising clients on residential and commercial real estate investments.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, understanding investment requirements,



recommending suitable projects from partner developers, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales journey from inquiry to booking.
The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, achieving monthly sales targets, coordinating with internal teams and developer partners, and staying updated on market trends, project launches, pricing, and regulatory developments.
