Job Introduction
We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Sales Executive (BDE) who has completed at least 6 months of internship or training in an IT company. In this role, you will work directly with the Founder, following a strategic SOP to identify, connect, and convert potential clients—primarily in the eCommerce sector.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of internship/training experience in IT sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
• Basic understanding of website development and eCommerce platforms (Shopify / WordPress)
• Self-driven,
target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Interest in digital trends, online business, and how websites impact growth
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms is a plus
• Confidence in presentations and client handling
Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce space who need website or store development
• Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Apollo, and other digital channels
• Initiate conversations via calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions (Shopify / WordPress)
• Maintain and manage leads using CRM tools
• Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and project discussions
• Follow structured sales processes and work closely with the Founder on strategy
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients
