Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using the Workday Extend platform

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Build user-centric applications that extend Workday capabilities and improve business processes

- Develop and configure Workday Extend components, services, and application workflows

- Integrate Extend applications with Workday modules and external enterprise systems

- Leverage Workday APIs, web services, and integration frameworks to enable seamless data exchange

- Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Ensure adherence to Workday security, governance, and development best practices

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions

- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides





- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives

Required Skills

- Experience developing custom applications on the Workday platform

- Knowledge of Workday security, tenant configuration, and application lifecycle management

- Experience integrating Workday applications with third-party systems

- Understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Talent Management processes

- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
