About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the sale of Bank & Financial Institution Auction Properties and connecting interested buyers/investors with suitable auction opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for bank auction properties
• Connect with potential buyers, investors, property dealers and channel partners
• Explain property details, auction process, reserve price, EMD and other relevant information
• Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective buyers
• Arrange property visits and coordinate with relevant teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property dealers and investors
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the buyer network
• Assist clients throughout the enquiry and auction process
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets
• Represent CMC professionally during client meetings and property discussions
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Property Sales, Real Estate Sales, Business Development or similar roles
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
Confident in dealing with clients, investors and property dealers
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Willingness to make calls, attend meetings and visit properties when required
Knowledge of real estate or bank auction properties will be an advantage
