Role & responsibilities

- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Track customer/property booking payments and outstanding amounts.
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment documents.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Maintain project-wise and property-wise accounting records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly expense and revenue reports.
- Support senior accountants during month-end and year-end closing.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, project, and administration teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor advances, security deposits, and vendor/customer balances.
- Use accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.

What Were Looking For:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com, MBA & PGDM
- Experience: 0.6-1 years of accounting experience (articleship or prior roles in accounts, finance, or similar will be considered).




- Valuable understanding of basic accounting concepts and double-entry system.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting work.
- Working knowledge of GST and PF concepts; experience in day-to-day compliance work will be a plus.
- Comfortable with Excel for basic reports, reconciliations, and data handling.
- Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and able to follow processes carefully.
- Clear communication skills and a polite, professional way of dealing with vendors, colleagues, and external partners.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn and take feedback
