Job Summary

MORES is looking for a creative and technically proficient Photographer / Videographer to create premium visual content for our real estate projects, digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website, advertisements, events, and corporate communications.

The candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality property photography, cinematic walkthroughs, reels, promotional videos, aerial/drone footage, and corporate content.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with professional cameras, gimbals, drones, lighting, audio equipment, and video editing, along with a strong understanding of real estate storytelling and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Photography & Videography

- Photograph residential, commercial, luxury, and investment properties for marketing and sales campaigns.
- Shoot high-quality images of apartments, villas, commercial spaces, amenities, landscapes, interiors, exteriors, and project surroundings.
- Produce cinematic property walkthroughs and project videos.
- Capture lifestyle-oriented content that showcases the experience, location, amenities, and USP of each property.
- Shoot client testimonials, employee videos, interviews, events, and corporate content.
- Travel to different project sites and locations as required.

Gimbal & Cinematic Shooting

- Demonstrate strong hands-on proficiency with qualified gimbals/stabilizers.
- Capture smooth cinematic movements including tracking shots, push-ins, pull-outs, reveals, orbits, and walkthroughs.
- Plan camera movements and shots specifically for real estate and social-media content.
- Ensure professional framing, composition, camera movement, and visual consistency.

Drone / Aerial Cinematography

- Demonstrate professional proficiency in camera drone operations.
- Capture aerial photographs and cinematic drone footage of properties, townships, project locations, landscapes, roads, and surrounding infrastructure.
- Plan creative aerial shots based on the project's location and marketing requirements.
- Conduct safe and responsible drone operations while following applicable aviation regulations and permissions.
- Drone certification/authorization, wherever applicable, will be an added advantage.

Content Creation for Digital Marketing

- Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn,



website banners, digital advertisements, and other platforms.
- Convert property features and project USPs into visually compelling stories.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and content requirements.
- Adapt footage into multiple formats including landscape, portrait, and square formats.

Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit professional property videos, reels, promotional films, interviews, and corporate videos.
- Perform color correction and basic/advanced color grading.
- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Create short-form content optimized for social media.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all content.
- Organize, archive, and back up raw footage and final assets.

Required Technical Skills

Camera

- Strong knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless professional cameras.
- Excellent understanding of lenses, exposure, ISO, aperture, shutter speed, white balance, frame rates, and picture profiles.
- Experience with both photography and cinematic video production.
- Ability to select appropriate lenses and camera settings for interiors, exteriors, landscapes, people, and property walkthroughs.

Gimbal

- Mandatory hands-on gimbal experience.
- Ability to balance and operate professional camera/gimbal setups.
- Knowledge of cinematic camera movements and stabilization techniques.

Drone

- Mandatory practical drone experience.
- Ability to capture qualified aerial photographs and cinematic footage.
- Understanding of flight planning, safety, composition, and aerial storytelling.
- Relevant drone certification/authorization preferred where applicable.

Lighting & Audio

- Good understanding of natural and artificial lighting.
- Experience using LED lights, softboxes, reflectors, and other lighting equipment.
- Familiarity with wireless microphones, shotgun microphones, audio recorders, and basic audio setup.

Editing Software





Proficiency in one or more of the following:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 25 years of professional photography/videography experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, architecture, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, advertising, or commercial content is preferred.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating photography, videography, gimbal work, and drone cinematography.
- Strong creative eye for architecture, interiors, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working at project locations, offices, events, and outdoor environments.
- Willing to travel to project locations across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR, and other cities as required.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple shoots simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Self-driven, creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
