Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations for Personal Loan and Business Loan products.
- Ensure accurate verification of loan documents and compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor loan application processing, underwriting coordination, sanction, and disbursement activities.
- Drive operational efficiency by maintaining defined TATs and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Collection teams for smooth loan processing.
- Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity.
- Monitor MIS reports, branch productivity, disbursement metrics, and portfolio performance.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.




- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Personal Loan and Business Loan operations.
- Understanding of loan documentation, credit processes, and disbursement procedures.
- Experience in banking/NBFC lending operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
