• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through telephone, email, and other communication channels.

• Support the sales team in customer coordination, appointment scheduling, followups, and sales activities.

- Understand customer technical requirements and identify suitable products, solutions, and specifications in coordination with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Obtain product details, technical specifications, availability, delivery schedules, and pricing from suppliers.
- Prepare accurate and qualified technical and commercial quotations/offers based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to clarify technical, commercial, and delivery-related requirements

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech /BCA( Arts and Science) in: o Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) o Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) o Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (E&I;) o Instrumentation Engineering or related engineering disciplines

• Experience: 02 years

• Fresh graduates with good technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Salary: 1,80,000 – 2,50,000 per annum
