HIRING | TRAINEE PROCESS ASSOCIATE AR CALLER

Location: Chennai
Process: International Voice US Healthcare
Eligibility: Graduate Freshers (20212026)
Eligible: BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry/CS/Maths)
Not Eligible: Diploma, B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech

Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM (US Shift)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Transport: Two-way cab facility within defined boundaries

Selection Process:

1. HR Interview
2. Grammar & Aptitude Assessment
3. Versant Test
4. Operational/Technical Interview

Key Skills:
• Valuable verbal & written communication
• Analytical & logical thinking
• Comfortable working in US shifts
