Role & responsibilities

- Assist in HVAC system design for commercial, residential, industrial, and other building projects.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment schedules using AutoCAD.
- Perform basic HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
- Coordinate HVAC designs with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with execution teams to resolve design and site-related issues.
- Review shop drawings and ensure execution is as per approved design and specifications.
- Assist in preparation of BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.
- Identify and resolve MEP clashes and support overall project coordination.




- Willingness to learn new HVAC design standards, software, and project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Around 1 year of experience in HVAC design/MEP consultancy.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment.
- Understanding of MEP coordination and construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
