Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment using AI, portals etc sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees, probation period, allotment and return of company assets, off boarding. Recruiting includes part term interns from colleges

Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases accurately.

Experience in payroll calculation, handling expense reimbursements of employees - process and systems

Repairs and Maintenance of office assets

Maintenance of billing cycles and subscriptions

Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.

Support the preparation and issuance of HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, increment, and warning letters.

Manage employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.

Planning continuous training programs

Continuous SOP alignment and monitoring of resources along with MIS

Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new joiners.

Address employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.

Maintain compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labor laws.

Prepare and submit HR reports (manpower, attrition, leave, and attendance reports) to management and for payroll calculation

Coordinate with various departments for HR-related initiatives and policy implementation.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Oversee general office administration including housekeeping, stationery, and asset management.

To verify the regular cleaning of the office premises as per the SOP

Handle vendor coordination,



facility management, and service contracts.

Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.

Ensure proper upkeep of office premises and adherence to safety and discipline standards.

Manage administrative documentation, including AMC renewals, maintenance records, and utility payments.

Conduct regular employment engagement activities, celebrate events and keep people motivated

Support management in organizing internal and external meetings, review sessions, and celebrations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.

3–6 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Knowledge of HR operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR documentation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
