- Staff Supervision & Management: Coordinate daily shift assignments, supervise room attendants and cleaners, and ensure all staff adhere to company policies, safety standards, and grooming codes.
- Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness meets hotel or facility standards. Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Training & Development: Train current housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, equipment handling, and customer service standards.
- Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Reorder supplies as needed and conduct periodic inventory audits.
- Lost and Found Management: Oversee the collection,
logging, and secure storage of items left behind by guests, following company protocol for returning them.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain attendance records, track staff hours, manage work schedules, and handle performance evaluations or disciplinary issues in coordination with management.
