Role Overview

We are looking for Customer Support / Customer Service professionals with mandatory experience in Automotive, Automobile, OEM, or Manufacturing companies.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in customer handling, customer queries, complaint resolution, after-sales support, service coordination, dealer coordination, or customer relationship management within the Automotive/OEM/Manufacturing domain.

Mandatory Requirements

- Automotive / Automobile / OEM / Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- Customer Support / Customer Service / Customer Care experience is mandatory.
- Experience in after-sales, service operations, dealer support, warranty, complaints, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Candidates from Automotive OEMs, Commercial Vehicle OEMs, Passenger Vehicle OEMs, Construction Equipment OEMs, Heavy Equipment, Mining Equipment, or Industrial Machinery manufacturers can be considered.
- Candidates from authorized dealer networks of OEMs may also be considered if they have relevant customer-facing experience.
- Immediate to 30 days notice period only.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns.




- Coordinate with Service, Sales, Workshop, Warranty, and other internal teams.
- Manage customer follow-ups and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Handle after-sales and service-related customer interactions.
- Coordinate with dealers/workshops and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain customer interaction and complaint records.
- Manage escalations and ensure proper closure.
- Support customer satisfaction and service experience initiatives.
