Role & responsibilities

- Robust experience in Fixture Design
- Hands-on experience with UG NX / Siemens NX
- Knowledge of Jigs, Fixtures, and Tooling
- Understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machining
- Experience in 3D modelling and 2D detailing
- Knowledge of fixture concepts, clamping, locating, and work holding

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Jigs & Fixtures using UG NX
- Create 3D models and detailed 2D drawings
- Develop fixture concepts based on component and manufacturing requirements
- Apply proper locating and clamping principles
- Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams
- Modify and improve existing fixture designs based on requirements
- Ensure designs meet quality, functionality, and manufacturing standards
