Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and skilled staffing(Contract Hiring) from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Submit suitable profiles to clients and follow up on interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
- Manage multiple IT requirements and maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, and internal HR teams.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closure of open positions.
