Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS) in compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI regulations.
- Manage end-to-end consolidation activities, including collection of financial data from subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures.
- Review Related Party Transactions (RPTs), identify discrepancies, and ensure timely rectification.
- Pass consolidation and elimination entries for inter-company transactions and investments.
- Review standalone financial statements and ensure accurate mapping and grouping in consolidation models.
- Prepare Monthly MIS, Quarterly Forecasts, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) at the consolidated level.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual financial closing activities across group entities and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Liaise with statutory auditors, subsidiary auditors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth audit completion.
- Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and support management review and audit committee presentations.
- Monitor and maintain consolidation master data, GL groupings, and entity relationships in SAP BPC.




- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization of consolidation processes across the group.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Lead and guide a team of finance professionals, ensuring timely delivery of reporting and consolidation activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualified CA with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid experience in Consolidation, Financial Reporting, and Ind AS.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP/BPC environment.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in large organizations, preferably in Infrastructure, Airports, Power, EPC, or related sectors.
