What youll do

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of user experience designers and researchers through coaching, feedback, talent development, and clear career growth planning.

- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define product strategy, customer outcomes, and experience priorities that align customer needs with business objectives.

- Champion human-centered design by promoting customer research, usability testing, accessibility, and evidence-based decision making throughout the product development process.

- Guide teams through discovery, concept validation, and solution development, including the thoughtful use of AI-enabled capabilities that solve validated customer problems and improve outcomes.





- Improve experience quality and operational excellence by driving adoption of design systems, shared practices, and scalable ways of working across teams.

- Establish meaningful experience metrics, monitor customer feedback and product health indicators, and demonstrate the business impact of user experience investments through measurable results.

What youll bring

- 10+ years of user experience experience spanning customer research, interaction design, and product design, with 5+ years leading and developing user experience professionals.

- Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies and customer research practices, including usability testing, validation techniques, and accessibility principles.

- Understanding of product development processes and experience strategy, with the ability to connect customer insights to product direction and business outcomes.

- Experience partnering within cross-functional product, engineering, and business teams while influencing stakeholders and facilitating strategic decision-making.

- Experience with software-as-a-service products, modern design systems, AI-enabled experiences, user experience metrics, and Agile product development environments.

- Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, increase team effectiveness, and continuously explore emerging capabilities that enhance customer experiences.
