- Design and deliver product and sales training programs for new and existing sales teams
- Train sales teams on sales processes, customer journeys, lead conversion, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Develop training modules, facilitator guides, presentations, assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks
- Continuously update training content based on product, process, policy, and market changes.
- Analyze training effectiveness and recommend corrective actions or improvement plans.
- No Soft Skills Trainer
Preferred candidate profile
- 5-9 years of experience in Process Training / Sales Training .
- Experience handling recent-hire batches and refresher training is an advantage.
