Working Hours: 12-hour shift, 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 day per week

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Female Private Chef to manage the daily culinary requirements of a private family in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian, grill and multi-cuisine cooking , with a focus on balanced, quality-led and light-carb meals , including minimal use of rice and roti.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare daily meals including Indian, grill and multi-cuisine preparations.

- Design balanced, low-carb and protein-focused menus.

- Prepare high-quality grill and BBQ dishes, including marination, cooking and presentation.

- Manage sourcing and procurement of premium meats, seafood, produce and specialty ingredients.

- Coordinate menus with the family and accommodate dietary preferences and hosting requirements.

- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

- Manage pantry and kitchen inventory.

- Ensure timely and consistent preparation and service across all meals.





Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience across Indian and Continental/multi-cuisine kitchens.

- Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, cruise lines or similar hospitality environments .

- Strong and demonstrable grill/BBQ expertise .

- Formal culinary training.

- Ability to prepare balanced, lighter and protein-forward meals.

- Good sourcing and ingredient-selection skills.

- Solid discretion and confidentiality while working in a private household.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English Telugu would be an added advantage.

- Must have the stamina and ability to manage a 12-hour kitchen operation .
